Second week for

Friday night: savoury and sweet pancakes

Saturday lunch: mussels and chips

Saturday night: pumpkin soup with crabe and coconut/ fish and mushroom casserole with black rice / chocolat and silken tofu mousse

Sunday night: Bouddha bowl with smoked salmon and Thai salad (I use these vegs : carrots, pepper, celery)

Monday night: asparagus and cheese tart (puff pastry topped with 3 cheese: goat/ gorgonzola/ parmesan and with pre=steam asparagus, cook in the oven for 30-45mn 180C) + courgette soup

Tuesday night: onion and tomato squid + rice noodles

Wednesday night: chicken drumsticks marinated in lemon and ginger, mashed carrots 

Thursday night: mushroom Stroganoff, white rice, fine green beans
